Because of you, in just the last weeks several elderly people have gotten dental care, rent assistance and bus passes
By joining with us, we take even small donations and use the power of community to reach out a hand to individuals who are dealing with the layered issues of trauma and financial struggle. A couple of our new grantees have been hit by cars as pedestrians and now have physical, emotional and mental injuries they are managing. Traumatic brain injuries drastically deepen their financial struggles. Your kindness and generosity gives hope to these people when they have reached the end of the social safety net.
Meliorism Works Fund gives 100% of your donated funds to grantees. All our administrative and fundraising costs are currently covered by one specific benefactor freeing MWFund to use your generous donations to go directly to hardship fund recipients. If a donation seems out of reach for you right now, another amazing way you can help is to seek out our posts on Facebook, Instagram and Google and like and share them with as many people as you can.
